About the Role:
We’re seeking a Product Manager to join our client’s dynamic team. In this role, you’ll oversee the end-to-end development and successful delivery of products, driving strategic ideas from conception to market launch.
The ideal candidate is curious, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
What You’ll Do:
1. Market Research and Strategy
- Analyze market data and translate findings into actionable go-to-market strategies.
- Develop a product strategy that aligns with user needs and business goals.
- Ensure stakeholders fully understand the product’s capabilities to drive company-wide success.
2. Product Lifecycle Management
- Draft and distribute detailed product briefs for smooth product releases.
- Address questions and resolve issues throughout the release lifecycle.
3. Customer-Centric Development
- Collaborate with clients to identify their unique needs and pain points.
- Create user stories and share client feedback with the team to refine solutions.
- Work with design and development teams to create features that meet market needs in innovative ways.
4. Agile Management
- Lead daily Agile rituals, including scrum meetings, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Monitor issue progress and provide actionable solutions to keep development on track.
5. Performance Monitoring
- Report on product performance and identify areas for improvement to enhance success.
What You’ll Bring:
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in product management, including experience with Agile methodologies.
- Strong background in product lifecycle management.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and deliver measurable improvements.
- Problem-solving skills with a creative and strategic mindset.
- Ability to translate complex ideas into clear, actionable descriptions.
- Availability to work CST hours.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in e-commerce.
- Familiarity with software development and program management
