As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Agent in Coppell, TX , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer at a financial institution location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, stay visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. In this role, you will support daily operations through routine patrols, professionalism, and teamwork while reflecting our values of being agile, reliable, innovative, caring, and acting with integrity.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a financial services location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, office areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify potential concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe daily operations to help to deter disruptions, support authorized entry procedures, and report security-related issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Support a professional presence at the location by communicating clearly with staff and visitors, documenting observations, and following Allied Universal post orders and client guidelines.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
