- Manage daily accounting operations including AP, AR, and reconciliations
- Create and process invoices in QuickBooks, ensuring billing accuracy
- Tie payments to invoices, track expenses, and support collections
- Partner with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and maintain financial accuracy
- Bachelor’s in Accounting (or related field)
- 2+ years of general accounting experience — e-commerce or inventory a plus
- Working knowledge of GAAP, QuickBooks, and Excel/Google Sheets
- Organized, adaptable, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment
