Production Systems Operator

Location: 5304 TX-34, Greenville, TX 75402

Shift: 2nd shift
Schedule: Monday to Friday / 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
Pay Range: $18.00 to $22.00 per hour (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the operation of sophisticated production machinery systems.
• Perform quality control testing using industry-standard methods.
• Troubleshoot and maintain high-tech equipment.
• Operate modern material handling equipment.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Manufacturing experience.
• Forklift/powered industrial truck experience.
• Safety-conscious with strong attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills.
• Team player mentality.

Work Environment & Physical Demands:

This role operates in a high-heat, dusty, and noisy manufacturing setting . Must be comfortable working in an industrial environment. Expect prolonged standing, repetitive movements, and lifting up to 50 lbs . PPE provided.
