Product Manager- US Market - Construction SaaS
Veyor is a unique and rapidly growing cloud-based mobile platform for managing complex construction activity in the field. Veyor connects the full construction workforce with the supply chain in real-time enabling the efficient management of highly dynamic environments. The platform incorporates scheduling, live tracking, safety processes, and valuable data collection and analysis for optimisation of projects and future planning.
Post the rollout of the first version of Veyor's scheduling board on Sydney's tallest residential skyscraper construction project in 2018, the platform has been adopted by all leading top tier builders in Australia and New Zealand and is now growing into the US market.
We are now hiring talent to join our well-funded, fast-growing tech business with a strong, experienced team.
The Role
As Product Manager – US Market , you will report directly to the Head of Product and work closely with Veyor’s leadership across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. You will define, prioritize, and deliver the roadmap for to scale Veyor in North America.
You’ll localize global strategy for US customers, while building scalable solutions that can be deployed globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the product strategy and roadmap for the US market by identifying top customer segments and prioritizing high-impact features.
- Take new products from concept to launch and iterate on them through ongoing experimentation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Engineering to align GTM, product positioning, key messages, feedback loops, and metrics.
- Define success metrics and track ongoing performance post-launch.
- Be the product voice in customer-facing meetings and senior leadership forums, converting customer feedback into prioritization decisions.
- Evangelize a culture of data-driven decision-making, user-obsession, and operational excellence.
Ideal Profile
- You have 8+ years in B2B SaaS Product Management, with strong familiarity in US enterprise markets.
- You possess proven experience bringing to market SaaS solutions that support scheduling, compliance, logistics or operational workflows.
- You have an understanding the buyer personas in construction, property management, logistics, or facility operations in North America would be advantageous.
- You are skilled in articulating customer pain points through both qualitative discovery and quantitative analysis.
- You are comfortable in a high-growth startup environment, able to work with ambiguity and deploy scalable, repeatable processes.
- You are a strong collaborator, able to drive alignment among Product, Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success across different geographies.
- You are empathetic, hands-on, yet strategic—able to roll up your sleeves and also present to C-suite leadership.
- You are excited about solving real world logistics problems and delivering time-saving tools to busy site managers and delivery coordinators.
