Community Association Manager Trainee

You'll work alongside experienced Community Association Managers while receiving support from dedicated accounting, administrative, and leadership teams. Our goal is to help you build the knowledge and confidence to grow into a Community Association Manager.
What You'll Do
Working alongside experienced managers, you'll help support a portfolio of homeowner associations while developing the skills to manage communities of your own.
Responsibilities include:
- Assist Community Managers with the daily operations of homeowner associations.
- Build relationships with Board Members, homeowners, and vendors.
- Help resolve homeowner questions and community concerns.
- Conduct community inspections and identify maintenance or compliance needs.
- Coordinate vendors and community improvement projects.
- Assist with Board meetings, annual meetings, and community communications.
- Prepare meeting materials, compliance notices, and reports.
- Learn budgeting, association operations, and industry best practices.
- Gradually take on more responsibility as you prepare to manage communities independently.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of experience in a professional office environment (or equivalent education and experience).
- HOA or property management experience is a plus but not required.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
What to Expect
This is a full-time, in-person position based in our main office with regular travel throughout the DFW area. You'll split your time between the office and the field, supporting communities, attending Board meetings, and conducting inspections.
Some evening Board meetings, occasional weekend work are part of the role.
