HRIT Analyst II

A Kforce client in the Downtown Houston, TX area has a contract role for an HRIT Analyst II. This position will sit onsite Mon-Thurs with opportunity to work remotely on Fridays. Job Summary: In this role, you will provide operational and technical support for HR technology platforms (e.g., SAP, SuccessFactors) to ensure data integrity, efficient system functionality, and effective reporting. You will serve as a key contributor within the HRIT team by supporting system maintenance, troubleshooting issues, assisting with projects, and identifying opportunities for process improvement. Essential Functions:

• Maintain the integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality of HR master data within HR systems
• Perform routine data audits and validations to ensure data quality and compliance
• Serve as a liaison between HR, IT, and vendors to support HR system operations and issue resolution
• Support HRIT projects by assisting with requirements gathering, documentation, testing, and implementation activities
• Analyze business processes and recommend incremental system or workflow improvements
• Participate in system testing activities (UAT, regression testing) for upgrades, enhancements, and patches
• Provide functional support and basic configuration assistance for HR systems (e.g., SuccessFactors modules)
• Generate standard and ad hoc reports using reporting tools and dashboards
• Assist in maintaining HR dashboards and analytics to support data-driven decision-making
• Perform routine system maintenance activities, including monitoring integrations and resolving errors
• Research and troubleshoot HR system issues and escalate complex problems as needed
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business, or related field
• 2-4 years of experience supporting HR systems or HR technology platforms
• Experience with HRIS platforms such as SAP or SuccessFactors preferred
• Basic experience with reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau)
• Exposure to system testing, data validation, and process documentation
• Familiarity with data structures and basic SQL is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
