What You'll Do:
  • Lead the marketing and census management efforts to ensure full occupancy and community engagement
  • Conduct tours, maintain referral relationships, track leads, and support prospective residents throughout the move-in process
  • Ensure all marketing and admissions activities align with community standards and regulatory requirements
  • Support residents with resources and services to help them maintain independence
  • Manage administrative support tasks and maintaining accurate documentation
What You'll Need:
  • At least 1 year prior experience in a similar position
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Valid Driver's license
  • Must be 21 years of age
