Responsibilities:

Working hand in hand with our accounting and audit teams, you will have the opportunity to learn about our various business units and make an impact in a global company. The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of IT SOX compliance and will also have experience with business process SOX compliance, including maintenance and preparation of process documentation, enhancement of current IT processes and controls, and ability to understand the impact of financial information systems. • Assist with preparation of annual SOX risk assessment, including determining materiality, identifying in-scope processes and significant accounts and linking key assertions
• Coordinate internal control walkthroughs and other meetings, as needed, with key stakeholders to determine the appropriate identification and design of IT, Security and Finance SOX controls
• Assist in the preparation of formal memos related to scoping and IT control deficiency assessments
• Drive the SOX compliance software implementation and assist with on-going administrator tasks
• Support accurate and timely completion of SOX processes / control documentation
• Support quarterly certification process
• Assist internal and external auditors with SOX testing requests
• Evaluate opportunities for business process reengineering
• Conduct and effectively handle special assignments for management as requested

Qualifications:

• 3 + years professional experience in IT, public accounting, SOX Compliance or Internal Audit preferred
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as a Finance, Accounting and/or Management Information Systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools

PREFERRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Working knowledge of IT SOX Compliance and IT Security
• Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) preferred
• Experience with SAP preferred
• Highly motivated, dependable, accurate and able to work independently
