Notes: We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a large-scale Oracle ERP transformation initiative. This role will focus on supporting end-to-end testing activities across multiple business groups and phases of implementation, including functional testing, parallel testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT). The Business Analysts will partner closely with program leadership and cross-functional business teams to support testing execution, validate business processes, and ensure data readiness throughout the implementation lifecycle. Responsibilities will include coordinating test activities, supporting data validation efforts, and working with both system-generated outputs and business-prepared data inputs. This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role requiring strong Oracle ERP experience, a structured approach to testing, and the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse stakeholder groups with varying levels of technical expertise.
