Job Overview:

The Company seeking a Business Development Manager to drive patient referrals and growth for our home care therapy services in the San Antonio market. This role is focused on building and maintaining strong relationships with referral sources and consistently generating new patient volume.

This position is ideal for someone with experience in home health, therapy services, or clinical healthcare sales who understands how referrals work and enjoys being out in the field.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage referral relationships with physicians, hospitals, case managers, discharge planners, SNFs, ALFs, and community partners
• Actively market RHC’s home care therapy services throughout San Antonio
• Generate consistent patient referrals and grow existing accounts
• Educate referral sources on services, outcomes, and turnaround times
• Track referral activity and follow up on opportunities
• Work closely with intake and clinical teams to ensure smooth patient onboarding
• Meet referral and growth targets

Requirements

• Has at least 3 years of experience in home health, home care, therapy services, or clinical healthcare sales
• Has strong understanding of referral-based healthcare models
• Existing local referral relationships preferred
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
• Comfortable working independently in the field
• Bilingual speaker (Spanish-speaking) would be a plus but not required
• Must be willing to travel to Austin, TX from San Antonio, TX
