What You’ll Do

Servers and Bussers play a critical role in delivering the McAlister’s experience. You help create a clean, welcoming dining room while supporting guests and teammates.

Responsibilities include:

• Delivering friendly, genuine hospitality to every guest
• Maintaining a clean, organized dining room
• Clearing and bussing tables quickly and efficiently
• Assisting guests with drink refills and dining room needs
• Supporting the front counter and kitchen team when needed
• Keeping beverage stations and dining areas stocked and clean
• Creating a welcoming environment that guests want to return to
