HVAC Maintenance Technician
Round Rock, Texas | Full-Time
We are looking for a skilled and reliable HVAC Maintenance Technician to join our team! This is a great opportunity for someone with hands-on HVAC experience who’s ready to grow in a stable, supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance and inspections on residential and/or commercial HVAC systems
Diagnose and troubleshoot heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment
Complete preventative maintenance tasks and minor repairs
Maintain accurate service records and communicate findings clearly to customers and supervisors
Ensure all work meets local, state, and industry safety and code standards
Qualifications:
1–3 years of HVAC maintenance or service experience
EPA Certification (Type I & II or Universal preferred)
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
Excellent time management and customer service abilities
High school diploma or equivalent (trade school preferred)
