About the Role:

We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide individualized, in-home therapy for pediatric patients. You’ll collaborate with licensed Occupational Therapists (OTs) to help children reach developmental milestones through engaging, therapeutic care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans.
  • Assist in assessing functional abilities using standardized and non-standardized tools.
  • Educate families on home programs, adaptive strategies, and daily routines.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to care coordination.

  • Experience in pediatric home health or related field preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children and families.
  • Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) documentation.
  • Ability to develop and implement personalized treatment plans for diverse patient needs.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work with children who have varying diagnoses and challenges.
