Pool Filter Service Tech (San Antonio)

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Filter Service Tech. In this role, you will be responsible for performing filter services, managing your daily schedule, quoting, communicating with customers, and performing small repairs as needed. Your attention to detail, technical expertise, and commitment to customer satisfaction will be crucial in maintaining the efficiency and quality of our service operations.

Responsibilities:

• Perform Filter Services: Conduct thorough and effective filter services to ensure optimal performance of pool systems.
• Quoting: Provide accurate quotes for filter services and related tasks, considering factors such as materials, labor, and other relevant variables.
• Customer Communication: Engage with customers to address inquiries, provide updates, and ensure a clear understanding of the services being performed.
• Managing Daily Schedule Efficiently: Plan and manage your daily schedule to maximize productivity and ensure timely service delivery.
• Perform Small Repairs As Needed: Conduct minor repairs as required to maintain the functionality and safety of pool systems.
• Maintaining Truck Stock and Inventory: Ensure your service vehicle is well-stocked and organized, maintaining an accurate inventory of tools and supplies.

Experience:

• Experience cleaning swimming pools required.
• Experience repairing swimming pool equipment is a plus.
• Previous experience in a similar technical or service role is preferred, but not required.

Skills:

• Strong technical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
