About the Position
- Contract Duration: 06/14/2026 – 09/12/2026
- Shift: 06:45 AM – 07:15 PM
Responsibilities – RN Rehab (Inpatient Rehab)
- Provide direct patient care to rehab patients recovering from illness, injury, surgery, or neurological conditions
- Assess patient condition and monitor vital signs, pain levels, and progress
- Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapy as ordered
- Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans
- Assist patients with mobility, rehabilitation exercises, and daily activities
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and case managers for coordinated care
- Educate patients and families about recovery plans, medications, and discharge instructions
- Maintain accurate charting and clinical documentation in the EMR
- Coordinate discharge planning and post-hospital care needs

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience required
- Preferred experience in Inpatient Rehab
- RN must be comfortable with:
- Direct patient care
- Implementing care plans
- Coordinating discharge planning
- Rehabilitation nursing workflows
