Client Engagement: Connect with prospective and existing clients, understanding their unique needs and providing expert advice on insurance solutions.

Portfolio Management: Tailor insurance plans for Auto, Home, and Life policies that offer optimal coverage and benefits.

Sales Expansion: Actively identify and pursue cross-selling opportunities to broaden client portfolios and increase sales engagement.

Relationship Nurturing: Build and maintain solid, long-term relationships with clients to ensure loyalty and satisfaction.

Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends, ensuring clients benefit from the latest insurance solutions and practices.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to optimize process efficiency and enhance customer service delivery.

Licensing: Valid Texas Property & Casualty License and Life License are mandatory.

Experience: Proven track record with a minimum of 3 years in insurance sales, specifically in auto, home, and life insurance.

Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of fostering trust and building lasting client relationships.

Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability in cross-selling and upselling insurance products.

Adaptability: Ability to operate proficiently within a hybrid remote environment while maintaining a high level of productivity.

Computer Skills: Proficient in CRM software and other digital tools necessary for efficient insurance sales operations.

Self-Motivation: A self-starter attitude with excellent time management skills and a drive to exceed sales targets.
