This includes presenting products, explaining features, demonstrating vehicles, and closing deals. The role also includes developing long term customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals. Key Duties & Responsibilities: * Guide customers through a structured buying process using established sales steps and procedures * Develop thorough product knowledge on vehicle features and technologies * Demonstrate vehicles in the showroom and on test drives * Deliver vehicles to customers, ensuring they understand operating features, warranties, and paperwork * Maintain follow up systems to encourage repeat and referral business * Prospect new customers through calls, emails, and other outreach methods * Maintain professionalism and integrity at all times * Close deals while meeting or exceeding sales goals Qualifications: * High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred * 2–5 years of sales or customer service experience preferred, but not required * Automotive sales experience is a plus * Knowledge of new vehicle technologies and mechanical operations * Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills * Proficiency with Microsoft Office and dealership software preferred * Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Working Conditions: * Primarily indoors with some outdoor activity * Daily walking, standing, and sitting required * Ability to work full-time, including evenings and weekends as needed If you’re ready to grow your career, work with a team that values integrity, and make an impact in the automotive industry, we want to hear from you.
