Inside Sales Representative
Acara Solutions is seeking a Senior Inside Sales Representative for a remote opportunity supporting a client in the waste and recycling equipment industry.
Type: Full-time / Direct Hire
Location: Remote (U.S.)
Compensation: $60,000 salary plus uncapped commission
Position Overview
This role is focused on high-volume inside sales activity, engaging with warm leads to drive revenue for waste and recycling equipment industry services. The position is approximately 90% inside sales and 10% outside/customer-facing as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct ~150 outbound calls per day to warm leads provided by a lead generation service
- Manage daily call queues and follow-up activities
- Engage prospects via phone and email to present and sell compactor services
- Qualify leads, identify customer needs, and close sales opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of activities and pipeline in CRM
- Collaborate with internal teams to support customer onboarding and service delivery
- Participate in occasional outside/customer-facing interactions as needed

Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
- Minimum 7 years of high-volume inside sales experience (100+ outbound calls per day environment)
- High School Diploma or equivalent GED
What Sets You Apart:
- Experience managing daily call volumes of ~150 outbound calls
- Experience closing sales from warm lead sources
- Experience using CRM systems to track pipeline and activity
- Experience meeting or exceeding sales quotas in inside sales roles
- Experience in waste management, recycling, or industrial services
- Experience working with lead generation services
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
