Driver's Helper Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $15.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 05:00pm )

• Assist delivery drivers with loading and unloading lumber, building materials, and related products.
• Help stage materials at residential and commercial job sites according to customer requirements.
• Secure loads properly to ensure safe transportation and delivery.
• Verify delivery orders for accuracy and report discrepancies promptly.
• Assist drivers with route navigation and job site location identification.
• Provide professional and courteous customer service during deliveries.
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, wind, and rain.
• Perform general warehouse and yard duties as assigned.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Support efficient daily operations and complete assignments in a timely manner.

Driver's Helper Qualifications:

• Previous delivery, warehouse, construction, or material handling experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to regularly lift and carry 50+ pounds independently or with team assistance.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and climb on and off delivery trucks throughout the workday.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic and reliability with a positive attitude.
• Ability to follow directions and work effectively as part of a team.
• Commitment to workplace safety and safe material handling practices.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to maintain attendance and punctuality.

• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
