Our agency opened in 2025 and is a growing team of two with big plans for the future. Before opening my own office, I spent five years working as a State Farm team member, which gave me the experience and vision to build an agency focused on growth, positivity, and opportunity. I attended St. Johns University and am currently engaged. I also have a dog who keeps life fun outside the office. Building a balanced, positive lifestyle is important to me, and I bring that same energy into the workplace. We offer PTO, bonuses, licensing reimbursement, and a strong focus on work-life balance. Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.
- Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.
- Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
- Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
- Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.
