Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician

Position Overview
You will support daily maintenance operations by diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems within a residential community. This role is ideal for a dependable, safety‑focused technician who takes pride in quality work and professional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems and components
- Troubleshoot heating and cooling issues efficiently
- Perform preventative maintenance to ensure system reliability
- Follow safety standards and EPA regulations at all times
- Document work completed and communicate maintenance needs
Required Qualifications
- EPA/CPO Certification required
- Prior HVAC or apartment maintenance experience preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills
- Reliable, punctual, and safety‑conscious
- Ability to work independently during scheduled hours

- Pay Rate: $23/hour
- Schedule:Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Type:Contract‑to‑Hire
