Location: Plano, TX 75093 | Onsite

Compensation & Schedule

• $23/hour

• Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Role Impact

Join a thriving, multi-store dealership group and play a crucial role in ensuring all vehicle title and registration processes run smoothly. As a Title Clerk, your accuracy and attention to detail will directly support inventory turnover, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Process titles and vehicle registrations for five dealerships, ensuring compliance with state DMV regulations

• Submit legal transfer documents promptly and accurately

• Assign stock numbers and manage used vehicle inventory records

• Prepare purchase checks and maintain trade-in vehicle jackets

• Handle wholesale deal processing and monitor wholesale receivables

• Verify payoffs on trade-in vehicles and ensure complete documentation

Minimum Qualifications

• 2+ years of recent experience processing high-volume auto titles in a dealership environment

• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to work efficiently under deadlines

• High attention to detail and working knowledge of DMV regulations and dealership processes

• Must reside within 20 miles of Plano, TX

Core Tools & Systems

• DMV title and registration platforms

• Dealership Management Systems (e.g., Reynolds & Reynolds, CDK Global)

• Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with wholesale receivables tracking

• Experience handling multi-store dealership inventory

• Previous exposure to high-volume vehicle processing environments
