We’re looking for a Water Conveyance Projects Leader to drive delivery of major infrastructure programs across the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex—with a strong local focus and minimal travel.

What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large, multi-discipline water conveyance / water transmission / linear infrastructure projects

• Ensure quality, schedule, budget, and contract compliance

• Provide technical leadership and mentor high-performing teams

• Partner with pursuit teams to win and shape major programs

• Drive innovation in design-build delivery and digital engineering

Here's what you'll need

• PE license + Engineering degree

• Experience delivering municipal linear infrastructure / water conveyance systems (pipelines, pump stations, tunnels)

• Background in Design-Build or collaborative delivery

• Strong leadership and client relationship skills

Posted Salary Range: Minimum

144,600.00

Posted Salary Range: Upper

226,000.00

The base salary range for this position is $144,600.00 to $226,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
