Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical
- Administer patient care and monitor vital signs on a Medical-Surgical/Telemetry unit.
- Utilize Epic electronic health record system for accurate charting and documentation.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
- Ensure compliance with patient safety standards and clinical protocols.
- Maintain patient ratios of approximately 1:6 during assigned shifts.
- Support patient needs across a broad range of care requirements, including telemetry monitoring. Qualifications:
- Hold a current Registered Nurse license and at least 2 years of clinical experience.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Epic charting system.
- Possess NIHSS and BLS certifications.
- Have prior experience in a Medical-Surgical or Telemetry setting.
- Willing to work 3x12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Travel experience preferred.
