Warehouse Associate/Forklift

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate/Forklift operator for a contract/temporary opportunity in Denton, TX. This role is ideal for a hands-on warehouse professional who enjoys staying active, keeping work areas organized, and supporting daily warehouse operations.

The Warehouse Associate/Forklift position plays an important role in receiving deliveries, moving materials safely, maintaining a clean warehouse, and supporting an efficient workflow. Key Responsibilities

- Receive incoming deliveries and assist with unloading, staging, and organizing materials.
- Operate a forklift safely and efficiently in support of warehouse movement and receiving activities.
- Load trash trailers and support waste handling processes as needed.
- Break down pallets, organize trash, and help maintain orderly warehouse areas.
- Clean and maintain warehouse workspaces to support safety, organization, and productivity.
- Follow workplace safety guidelines and communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay: $18.00 per hour.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Receive and organize deliveries in a warehouse environment.
- Operate a forklift to move, stage, and support warehouse materials.
- Load trash trailers and assist with pallet breakdown and waste organization.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse workspace.

- Forklift certification required.
- 1 to 2 years of warehouse, forklift, or material handling experience preferred.
- Ability to perform physical warehouse duties, including lifting, moving, cleaning, and organizing materials.
- Strong attention to safety, accuracy, and workplace organization.
- Dependable work ethic with the ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior experience receiving deliveries in a warehouse or distribution environment.
- Experience breaking down pallets, loading trailers, or supporting warehouse sanitation.
- Ability to work independently while staying productive and safety-focused.
