Manufacturing Quality Supervisor (DAL)

Regal Staffing Services now hiring a Quality Control Supervisor located in the Midlothian, TX area.

Shifts/Pay Rate: Monday - Friday (7:am to 3:30pm): $65,000-$75000/yr depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day QA/QC activities: schedule and direct Line Inspectors, ensure every production line has coverage, and handle attendance/discipline issues when needed.
• Review and audit batch records, inspection logs, sanitation reports, and yield calculations for accuracy and cGMP / FDA compliance.
• Enforce GMP, GDP, Food-Safety, and company policies; conduct monthly internal GMP audits and file the reports.
• Drive investigations of product failures and customer complaints; manage NCMR, deviation, and quarantined-product workflows in Oracle.
• Coordinate rush orders, re-works, and reconditioning with Production & Inventory Control to keep materials moving.
• Oversee calibration / preventive-maintenance schedule for QC equipment and help maintain pest-control and environmental programs.
• Support updates to HACCP, Food-Safety, and Food-Defense plans; assist with FDA, ISO, NSF, Kosher, Halal, and other external audits.
• Stay current on CFR regs covering food, dietary supplements, cosmetics, and drugs.

Requirements

• B.S. in Chemistry, Biology, Food Science, or similar (M.S. a plus).
• 3-4 yrs supervisory experience in a cGMP-regulated QC/QA role (pharma, food, nutraceutical, or medical-device).
• Hands-on background as a Quality Supervisor; comfortable with documentation control and deviation management.
• Proficient with MS Office; Oracle ERP experience is a plus.
• Able to lift 25 lbs, meet visual standards for inspections, and pass background & drug screens.
• Demonstrated stable work history.
