Drywall Repair Technician

We are looking to hire experienced drywall technicians to our team!

The Patch Boys of Dallas and Denton is looking to add full-time, multi-skilled drywall repair technicians. We are a well-established and expert Drywall Repair Company servicing Dallas, Denton, Aubrey, Pilot Point, Lewisville, Southlake, Grapevine, Coppell, The Colony, Little Elm, Flower Mound, Argyle, Highland Village, Lake Dallas, Corinth, Carrolton, Richardson, Garland, Highland Park, Irving, Farmers Branch, Euless and surrounding areas. We have an A rating with the Better Business Bureau and 50+ Five Star Reviews across multiple platforms including Google, Angi, Thumbtack, BBB, Yelp and Nextdoor.

Our business is growing, and we are seeking experienced drywall repair, patching and finishing technicians to join our team. We also do trim work and basic remodeling.

Starting pay of $23 to $28, depending on experience!

Requirements

What we're looking for: 

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in hanging, installing, patching, repairing, and finishing drywall — including texture matching and painting.
• Experience in trim work and remodeling is a plus.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Must reside in the Denton area .
• Must have your own hand tools, power tools, and drywall repair/installation equipment .
• Must have a reliable truck capable of transporting materials and tools.
• A clean driving record is required.
• Must complete a job application that includes 3 personal work references .
• Ability to pass a criminal background check .
• Ability to pass a drug screening .
• Exceptional customer service skills are essential.
• Must be prepared to complete an I-9 Form on the first day of work.
• Must have the self-discipline to show up every day on time and consistently deliver quality work.
