Shipping Coordinator I is responsible for executing daily shipping operations accurately and on time. 

Key Responsibilities

• Daily shipment execution — Process shipments, documentation, and system updates in NetSuite and related systems.
• Carrier coordination — Schedule pickups and communicate shipment requirements to carriers and brokers.
• Document preparation — Prepare BOLs, pallet labels, packing slips, and customer?specific documents.
• Shipment accuracy review — Verify warehouse packing information before shipment.
• Shipment tracking — Track shipments and provide timely updates to internal teams and customers.
• Record maintenance — Maintain accurate tracking, delivery status, and POD documentation.
• Cost entry — Enter and verify shipping costs in NetSuite.
• Past?due prevention — Monitor daily reports to ensure shipments are processed on time.
• Issue escalation — Escalate delays, risks, or shipment issues to appropriate parties.
• Cross?functional coordination — Collaborate with Order Coordinators, warehouse teams, and carriers.
• Pickup management — Ensure all scheduled pickups are completed each day.
• International shipment support — Assist with international documentation, HS codes, and compliance.
• In?transit report maintenance — Update shipment status, follow up on delays, and ensure data accuracy.
• Standard shipping methods — Execute LTL, FTL, parcel, air, drop?ship, and vendor?direct shipments.
• Customer relationship support — Maintain customer shipping requirements and carrier account details in NetSuite.
• Shipment planning — Coordinate with warehouse teams on the 1–14?day shipment schedule.
• Qualifications & Skills
• 1–3 years of shipping or customer service experience.
• Understanding of shipping processes, carrier selection, and customer requirements.
• Working knowledge of international shipping fundamentals.
• Proficiency in NetSuite and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams).
