What You’ll Do

• Execute routine and corrective maintenance on plant equipment and facility systems.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, plumbing, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
• Conduct scheduled inspections to ensure reliability, performance, and safety.
• Document maintenance activities, parts used, and repair results with accuracy.
• Respond quickly to urgent maintenance calls to minimize downtime.
• Partner with teammates to refine maintenance procedures and boost uptime.
• Follow all safety procedures, lockout/tagout, and regulatory requirements.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by your supervisor.

What You’ll Bring

• Experience: Minimum of three (3) years of industrial maintenance in a manufacturing environment (documented in the work history section), or completion of a relevant training program. Experience may be from multiple employers totaling at least 3 years.
• Facility policy: This facility does not accept rehires.
• Basics: 18+ years of age and able to present valid identification.
• Tools & fundamentals: Comfortable using basic hand tools; working knowledge of welding, hydraulics, basic electricity, power transmission, pneumatics, and plumbing.
• Communication: Able to read and understand work assignments.
• Physical demands: Lift up to 50 pounds, climb 120 feet of stairs and ladders up to 60 feet, stand for extended periods, and work in hot, cold, and inclement weather.
