Equipment Maintenance Specialist

As a Equipment Maintenance Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment and tooling while ensuring compliance with and adherence to product and equipment manufacturers' specifications, ensuring efficiency and timeliness while contributing to a more sustainable world.

This position contributes to our vision by:
• Repairs, rebuilds, inspects, and tests production equipment and tooling, ensuring compliance with applicable policies, procedures, regulations, and manufacturers' instructions;
• Diagnoses equipment failures, plans and measures performance tests, creates solutions, and repairs or replaces equipment or components;
• Obtains quotes and orders material/replacement parts;
• Performs preventive maintenance;
• Maintains historical data on preventive maintenance;

Job Requirements

At Safran Electrical & Power, we value service-oriented team players who demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to adapt to our dynamic, innovative environment.

- Prefer an Associate's Degree in a technical field. Requires 3-5 years of experience in the field of equipment maintenance and repair or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Demonstrated skill trouble-shooting and repairing equipment and tooling - Advanced
- Ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization, both internally and externally - Basic
