As part of the Kitchen division, you will lead a high-performing culinary team dedicated to delivering exceptional dining experiences across all outlets. Reporting to the Hotel Manager, you will collaborate closely with Food & Beverage leadership and key stakeholders including Sales & Marketing and Communications to elevate the culinary reputation of the property and ensure operational excellence. YOUR ROLE
As Executive Chef, you will lead and inspire the culinary team, overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations to deliver excellence in presentation, creativity, and execution. You will play a critical role in shaping the culinary vision, driving innovation, and ensuring the highest standards of quality, consistency, and guest satisfaction across all dining venues. HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE
- Lead the culinary program, ensuring alignment with the overall vision and direction of executive and corporate leadership
- Drive innovation through the development and continuous evolution of creative, market-leading menus across all outlets
- Partner with Sales & Marketing and Communications to elevate the property’s profile through public relations and community engagement
- Oversee financial performance, optimizing revenue, managing food and labor costs, and ensuring profitability against budget and forecasts
- Ensure operational excellence, maintaining the highest standards in food quality, presentation, consistency, and service delivery
- Champion compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory requirements, maintaining best-in-class kitchen standards
- Lead, inspire, and develop culinary talent, fostering a culture of growth, performance, and internal progression
- Stay at the forefront of culinary trends to ensure offerings remain innovative, relevant, and competitive
- You bring extensive experience in luxury or ultra-luxury culinary environments, with a strong background in leadership roles
- You are a creative culinary professional with a passion for innovation, presentation, and exceptional guest experiences
- You have a strong commercial mindset, with the ability to manage budgets, analyze financial performance, and drive profitability
- You demonstrate proven leadership skills, with a track record of building, developing, and engaging high-performing teams
- You are highly organized with strong project management capabilities, able to lead complex initiatives from concept to execution
- You are a confident communicator, able to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment and bring a proactive, solution-oriented approach to challenges
- You have a solid understanding of hospitality operations, systems, and evolving culinary trends
