Fulfillment Lead

TAGAAS LLC
Carrollton, TX
Fulfillment Lead Location Carrollton, TX :

:

The quickly growing toll transponder fulfillment company TAGAAS is seeking 1 full-time (40 hrs/week) Fulfillment Lead as we expand into Texas!

First, what is toll transponder fulfillment? When you drive a toll road, they need some way to identify who you are. Many toll roads use transponders (stickers or small electronic boxes or “tags”) linked to your account information to charge you for using the road. TAGAAS partners with toll road agencies to package and send transponders to their new/existing clients. TAGAAS (pronounced Tag-Iss, like Haggis with a T) stands for Tags-As-A-Service.

This position has a lot of responsibility and independence. Although you will have a direct supervisor (our Fulfillment Director located in North Carolina), everyone on the team works individually helping at any and every point of the fulfillment process. You would be managing the local TX team of Fulfillment Associates (between 4-6 people). An Associate's typical day in the office/warehouse (they are attached) starts with prepping orders (checking and folding invoices, prepping postage, envelopes, and packaging, sometimes unjamming printers), once orders are organized, fulfillment begins. Depending on transponder type/client individual orders can range from 1 to hundreds of transponders. Once everything is packaged, the orders are picked up by USPS or dropped off by a team member (mileage reimbursed and time included in work day). There is then light clean up, office maintenance cleaning (floors, bathroom, breakroom, etc.), inventory, daily reporting, and prep for the next day. We also have large inventory deliveries that will need to be unloaded and organized. Each employee is well-versed in fulfilling for all clients so everyone can lend a hand as order volume can sometimes spike.

The work schedule is adaptable and dependent on employee availability plus order fulfillment deadlines. Associates can create their own schedule with the Fulfillment Lead that aligns with other life obligations as long as we can keep up with order volume.

The Fulfillment Lead will be responsible for creating the weekly schedule (this often changes per the policies above), will assign tasks to Associates daily using the centralized communication boards, create cleaning schedules, perform quality checks, manage inventory and deliveries, and above all ensuring that Associates are safe, comfortable, productive, and supported.

All of this will be coordinated with and reported to the Fulfillment Director in North Carolina. (She will be in Texas your first week).

Keep in mind, at TAGAAS, there is a very clear and set hierarchy; however, tasks should always feel fair and equal, meaning the Lead is equally on the office cleaning rotation and is responsible to jump in and fulfill orders when orders spike or there is an emergency. Keep in mind you will be trained as and working mostly as a Fulfillment Associate for a couple of weeks until everyone is fully trained and up to speed to ensure you are able to train new hires, jump in when needed, and can provide daily support to the team.

Healthcare:

Healthcare/Dental/Vision premium reimbursement - up to $250/mo
