Role: Business Analyst 3

Location: Austin, TX (Onsite)

Role Overview

Performs highly complex senior-level business analysis under limited supervision with maximum initiative/judgment. Provides expert consultation on application analysis, system troubleshooting, and solution recommendations.

Primary Responsibilities

• Consult on application analysis, troubleshoot system problems, recommend/implement solutions.
• Provide complex QA consultation/oversight for projects/initiatives.
• Develop/review test cases; manage change requests, project scope, acceptance, installation, deployment.
• Maintain vendor relationships; seek best value, review/approve invoices.
• Coordinate policy/procedure analysis impact on automated systems.
• Coordinate vendors/contractors; define/assign/evaluate work for projects/service requests.
• Identify automation opportunities; prepare new system proposals.
• Review complex deliverables (charters, design docs, test/risk plans); provide expert feedback.
• Develop training curricula; conduct formal sessions on system modules.
• Follow TDA policies/procedures; perform other duties as assigned.

Required Experience (8+ Years Each) :

• Agile methodologies: user story creation, team participation, all ceremonies, leading Refinement/Sprint planning.
• Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar.
• Senior-level business analysis work.
• Independent work with considerable initiative/judgment.
• Analyzing program policies/procedures impact on automated systems.
• Coordinating vendors/contractors for projects/service requests; defining/assigning/evaluating work.
• Identifying automation opportunities/proposals; application troubleshooting/solutions.
• Complex QA consultation/oversight for projects.
• Reviewing complex deliverables (charters, design docs, test/risk plans) with comments/suggestions.
• Developing training curricula/sessions; designing/reviewing test cases; processing change requests.

Preferred Experience :

• 8+ years working with TDA systems.
