Program Assistant NE H (1122)
- Ensure that all customers receive timely customer services
- Takes immediate action to address needs and resolve customer issues
- Establish rapport and credibility with internal and external customers by providing excellent customer service in a professional and respectful manner.
- Provide technical guidance using the KinderConnect Attendance System for all customers
- Document interactions with customers as needed
- Maintain and organize online documentation
- Answer and route telephone calls, including providing appropriate information to customers on program services and requirements
- This position requires someone with technical abilities to work multiple databases and knowledge of MS Outlook and data entry skills
- Ability to work in a fast pace environment
