In product management, you will be the general manager of commercial and internal products. You will sit at the intersection of the business, user experience, and the technologies that solve our customer and end-user problems; confirming they meet market demands and drive business growth. You will design, develop and manage activities for a specific product or group of products from product definition and planning through production, release, and end of life. Your involvement will last throughout all stages of a product’s lifecycle including modifications, upgrades, maintenance of the product or product line. For commercial products, it also includes commercialization, go-to-market planning, sales, and other key business support activities.

You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team member’s unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. The Opportunity

As part of the Tax Innovation team you will lead product initiatives that drive AI-enabled and digital transformation efforts. As a Manager you will supervise and inspire cross-functional product teams, maintaining quality and progress toward defined outcomes while mentoring junior team members to foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. This role offers the chance to connect business strategy to product execution, making a significant impact on customer and business outcomes.

- Bachelor's Degree

- At least 5 years of experience

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $266,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
