Position Title: Sr. Programmer/Analyst III Position Location: 3030 Invincible Circle, League City, TX 77573 Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm

Summary of Duties:

Apply both technical concepts, skills and knowledge of the company's internal policies and procedures to solve complex application development problems in effective ways; complete assignments that extend to new technologies and business processes with little to no assistance from management; communicate fluently with the business representatives; understand business requirements and relate these to the supporting system requirements producing simple technical specifications for the work to be done; codes readable, reliable, and maintainable programs in any of a variety of languages on multiple platforms necessary to support the team's assigned systems; perform unit and system testing using test plans and scripts; review test results with the business and make the necessary adjustments to the deliverables; obtain approval on and migrate deliverables to the locked-up production environment; record time and status to appropriate projects or support activity for billing; respond promptly to production issues by serving an on-call rotation for the 24-hour support of the team's systems; prepare the initial problem definition, define the project scope and objectives, determine the specific requirements to be satisfied, and design system solutions for all levels of service requests; provide analytical support for the ongoing maintenance of developed systems; understand and follow current corporate project management standards. Must be able to work in various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering or closely related field.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Five (5) years of experience in the job offered or five (5) years of experience as a .NET developer performing the following: utilizing .NET, C#, PowerShell, and SQL Server; planning and assisting with software version upgrade releases; overseeing architectural design and integration content management, workflow, collaboration, business process, or other solutions within Microsoft System center services; creating and modifying workflows to improve process efficiency and guide business teams on best practices; configuring incident, problem, activity, and change management; participating in full product life cycle including requirements gathering, development, testing, QA, and deployment to production.
