• ​This job is a member of the Base Maintenance Planning Team within the Integrated Operations Division.
• ​Responsible for identifying and planning airframe maintenance/modification requirements in a manner that balances overall aircraft downtime, task yield, manpower, and total life-cycle cost.

What you'll do

• Develops methods to collect, analyze, and manage maintenance planning and production data and provides recommendations
• Identifies, analyzes, and recommends resolutions for issues related to development, scheduling, and execution of long-range maintenance plans
• Disseminates maintenance plan data to appropriate related departments and incorporates feedback that optimizes their requirements
• Develops cost models to compare different scenarios and options
• Produces manpower projections to determine the labor feasibility of various plans
• Produces volume forecasts and aircraft retirement schedules
• Updates and distributes metrics reports
• Provides ad-hoc reporting and analysis to support senior management requirements
• Communicates to key stakeholders within the company, including giving presentations
• The position is based in DFW, some travel required

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

• ​Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience/training

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

• ​Advanced Degree in related field

• Ability to demonstrate strong analytical skills
• Skills in organization and planning
• Ability to build working relationships with a wide range of peers; excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to concisely present work to Senior Management
• Knowledge of Excel and proficiency in other MS Office products
