A unique opportunity to represent advanced regenerative materials and surgical instrumentation in a high-growth sector of implant dentistry and oral surgery. This fully remote sales role is ideal for a driven B2B professional with medical or dental industry experience who wants to work in a niche market with autonomy, support, and a well-established brand.
You will manage a defined territory across East Texas and Arkansas , focusing on specialists performing elective procedures. With no implant brand limitations, this position allows you to access a broad base of surgeon offices and build trusted relationships through value-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue through new business development and expansion of current accounts.
- Execute growth strategies for all product lines within your territory.
- Build strong relationships with oral surgeons, periodontists, and surgical specialists.
- Represent the company at study clubs, surgical training events, and trade shows.
- Maintain accurate records of account activity, pipeline, and KPIs.
- Consistently meet or exceed territory sales goals and performance targets.
Qualifications:
- 2–3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in dental or medical industries.
- Track record of success in territory development and client relationship management.
- Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently.
- Comfortable analyzing data and managing a sales funnel.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
