Position Summary

The Inside Sales Support Specialist plays a critical role in supporting our outside sales team and enhancing the customer experience. This position is responsible for lead nurturing, customer communication, and internal coordination, with a focus on driving sales growth and maintaining strong client relationships. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about contributing to a collaborative sales environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Management & Qualification
    • Upload and track leads in Salesforce.com
    • Conduct outbound calls and emails to qualify leads
    • Coordinate follow-ups and assist in closing opportunities alongside the outside sales team
    • Log and monitor activity consistently in Salesforce
  • Sales Support
    • Identify sales opportunities within targeted markets
    • Communicate daily with the MAX sales team and distribution partners
    • Provide administrative and strategic support to outside sales reps as assigned
    • Manage customer and end-user communications in a timely and professional manner
  • Customer Relations
    • Develop product expertise to answer dealer and customer inquiries
    • Support customer service and assist with order entry as needed
    • Help resolve issues related to accounts receivable for designated customers
  • Special Projects & Collaboration
    • Execute special projects at the request of sales leadership
    • Uphold company regulations and standards in all interactions
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications

  • Education : High school diploma required; coursework in business or equivalent work experience preferred
  • Experience :
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
    • Working knowledge of Salesforce.com or similar CRM systems (preferred)
    • Previous experience in inside sales, cold calling, or lead generation is highly preferred

    • Demonstrated ability to support a team-oriented environment
    • Self-motivated with a solid work ethic
