🔧 What You’ll Do:

• Accurately examine and diagnose vehicles with precision

• Collaborate with the shop foreman and service advisors to plan and prioritize repairs

• Communicate additional service needs clearly and promptly

• Provide fair, accurate labor estimates

• Monitor repair progress and keep service advisors updated

• Follow dealership policies to ensure the highest standards of vehicle care and safety

• Document repair work thoroughly for customer transparency

• Mentor and support technician trainees to build a stronger team

• Stay sharp with company and factory training sessions

• 1–2 years of mechanical experience or relevant training
