We are seeking an experienced and reliable Concrete Foreman to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of concrete construction, and a commitment to quality and safety.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of concrete crew
- Read and interpret blueprints and project plans
- Ensure proper site preparation, forming, pouring, and finishing
- Maintain quality control and adherence to project specifications
- Enforce safety standards and OSHA regulations
- Schedule materials, equipment, and manpower efficiently
- Communicate effectively with project managers, contractors, and team members
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in concrete construction, with leadership experience preferred
- Strong understanding of forming systems, rebar placement, and finishing techniques
- Ability to read construction drawings and specifications
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Reliable transportation and valid drivers license
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and lift heavy materials
