Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities:

**Position will be located in Dallas, Texas area 3PL Liaise and negotiate with Customers to ensure Customer Satisfaction and to work with the team to achieve customer schedule adherence. **

What You’ll Do:

• ???? Liaise with customers and negotiate to ensure satisfaction and schedule alignment

• ???? Build local document systems and manage customer orders with precision

• ???? Collect and analyze data to generate accurate operational reports

• ???? Provide solutions, resolve escalations, and support operations using established systems

• ???? Handle special orders and ambiguous delivery requests with care and clarity

• ???? Contribute to continuous improvement in safety and environmental practices

• ???? Stay updated through training and development opportunities

What We’re Looking For:

• ???? Bachelor’s Degree

• ???? 3+ years’ experience in automotive customer service

• ???? Excellent communication skills in English

• ✈️ Able to work and travel independently

• ???? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
