Landscape Associate – Multi-Family Housing
Direct Hire; up to 85K + bonus
Galleria area – in office

Creative Landscape Associate opportunity with a leading multi-family residential developer based in Houston, Texas. Join a collaborative in-house design team working on luxury apartment communities across major U.S. markets.
Responsibilities
- Support projects from concept through construction administration
- Design site plans, streetscapes, courtyards, roof decks, plazas, and amenity spaces
- Assist with material selections, FF&E, and construction documentation
- Collaborate closely with Project Landscape Architects and Development teams
- Travel periodically to jobsites nationwide
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience at a design firm; multi-family experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office
- Strong design, organizational, and communication skills
- Detail-oriented, collaborative, and self-motivated
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary up to $85K + bonus potential
