We are seeking a top-tier sales and business development professional who can make an immediate impact by bringing qualified projects directly to the table. This role is designed for a proven, relationship-driven sales leader who understands commercial, heavy civil, and infrastructure markets and can immediately integrate into our growth strategy.

* THIS IS A FULL REMOTE WORK OPPORTUNITY - NO RELOCATION REQUIRED

SUMMARY:

The ideal candidate is a high-performing salesperson with deep industry relationships and a demonstrated track record of winning work in commercial, heavy civil, or adjacent construction services. This individual will be responsible for developing new opportunities, leveraging existing client relationships, and positioning our company as a preferred foundation partner on complex, schedule-driven projects.

This is not an entry-level sales role. We are looking for a professional who can operate independently, understands how projects are bought and sold, and can translate relationships into awarded work.

*COMPENSATION INCLUDES A BASE SALARY RANGE OF $200,000 - $225,000, AGGRESSIVE COMMISSION POTENTIAL ON ALL SALES, COMPANY VEHICLE OR ALLOWANCE, COMPREHENSIVE BENEFITS, AND MORE.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Leverage existing contacts to bring immediate, qualified opportunities.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with EPCs, general contractors, developers, and owners

  • Identify and pursue opportunities across OUR core markets, including:

    • Energy and renewables

    • BESS and mission-critical facilities

    • Industrial and petrochemical

    • Infrastructure and civil projects

  • Collaborate with operations and estimating teams to develop competitive, executable proposals.

  • Drive projects from initial pursuit through award, ensuring alignment between sales commitments and field execution.

  • Represent our company professionally in client meetings, job walks, industry events, and negotiations

  • Provide market intelligence and feedback to support strategic growth initiatives

  • Track sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5+ years of sales or business development experience in commercial and/or heavy civil construction.

    • Experience and knowledge of drilled shafts, micropiles, secant piles, slurry walls, ACIP Piles, Helical Piles or shoring systems a plus but not required.

  • An established network and active book of business capable of generating immediate revenue.

  • Strong understanding of project procurement, bidding strategies, and contract structures.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven approach.

  • Willingness to travel as needed to support client relationships and project pursuits.
