Our Clubs will extend the Canyon Ranch ecosystem so we can meet our guests where they live with an ongoing social support system, frequent/consistent coaching and guidance, and benchmarking and progress tracking to keep them accountable, even when everyday life gets in the way. We have opened the first Canyon Ranch Club in Fort Worth, Texas, and we are hiring now ! Be part of a team and a culture whose purpose is to make lives happier and healthier. We are launching our search for our Head of Membership Sales and Engagement . This position will report to the General Manager of the Club. Responsibilities: WHAT YOU'LL DO - Deploy sales and marketing strategy for membership pre-sales/sales of new club concept
- Responsible for club programming, including construct, plan, and activate all community events in partnership with the corporate leadership team
- Initiate and drive the sales and pre-sale strategy while recruiting founding members and general members to meet or exceed established goals
- Establish, drive, and sustain member experience and engagement
- Direct all aspects of the membership office
- Interact with the network of professionals in the Wellness Community
Qualifications: WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL - 3+ years successful experience in sales or related field; preferably in luxury products with high touch clientele
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Communications or Business
- Documented successful sales and operations experience, Pre-Sales experience a plus
- Ability to operate in a matrixed organization
- Immersion and deep knowledge of the Dallas/Fort Worth culture working in luxury product sales
- Spa/Fitness certification or CSLP (Certified Sales Leadership Professional), CPSP (Certified Professional Sales Person), a plus
