Job Summary
A respected legal services team is seeking a Paralegal - Personal Injury for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Marshall, TX. This role is ideal for an experienced litigation paralegal who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable supporting attorneys through all phases of personal injury case management. Key Responsibilities- Assist attorneys with personal injury litigation matters from client intake through trial preparation.
- Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, discovery requests, correspondence, and other legal documents.
- Organize, maintain, and update case files, medical records, evidence, and litigation documentation.
- Coordinate depositions, mediations, hearings, court filings, deadlines, and case calendars.
- Communicate professionally with clients, witnesses, medical providers, experts, and internal legal teams.
- Support legal research, case preparation, document review, and trial-related projects. Compensation and Benefits
- Pay: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
- Annualized salary range: $40,000 to $55,000 per year
