Branch Manager Job Duties and Responsibilities: - Lead and initiate all business development efforts in and out of the bank
- Supervise Branch Staff
- Increase New accounts and overall deposits
- Increase loans
- Be able to originate and produce Consumer Loans
- Refer Commercial Loans to Main Bank
- Refer Mortgage loans to Main Bank
- Handle all aspects of daily transactions such as deposits, wires, transfers, customer inquiries, etc.
- Be familiar with and provide other products to customers (i.e. merchant services, CD and other bank products)
Required Skills: - Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Detail oriented and organized
- Proficient computer skills
- General Ledger knowledge
