Shift Leader Supervisor

About the Role

Eggman ATX is hiring a Shift Leader (Shift Supervisor). This is a hands-on restaurant leadership role for candidates with experience in shift supervision, team coordination, food preparation, guest service, and basic restaurant administration . Our Shift Leaders are fully cross-trained on every station — both guest-facing and kitchen — and play a key role in opening and closing operations alongside the Store Manager.

Pay: $19–$21/hour + tips

Core Skills & Qualifications

• 1+ year of restaurant, food service, or customer service leadership experience preferred
• Shift supervision and team coordination
• Full cross-training on front-of-house and back-of-house stations
• Grill operation, egg cookery, and made-to-order food preparation
• Guest service and customer-facing communication
• Opening and closing procedures
• Basic administrative and operational support tasks
• Food safety and sanitation compliance (Food Handler Certification or ServSafe a plus)
• Point-of-sale (POS) system operation and cash handling
• Reliable, punctual, and able to lead by example in a fast-paced environment
• Morning and breakfast shift availability preferred — including weekends and holidays

Key Responsibilities

Shift Leadership & Team Supervision

• Lead and support the team during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth and efficient operations
• Delegate tasks, maintain station coverage, and keep service running at Eggman's high-standards pace
• Foster a positive, high-energy, team-first work environment every shift
• Lead by example — every station, every task, every time

Opening & Closing Operations

• Assist with opening and closing procedures alongside the Store Manager
• Ensure the kitchen, prep stations, and guest areas are properly set up and broken down each shift
• Complete administrative support tasks as directed by the Store Manager

Full Station Cross-Training

• Operate all guest-facing stations: order taking, POS transactions, cash handling, and guest service
• Operate all kitchen stations: flat-top grill, fryer, food prep, sandwich assembly, and sauce application
• Step into any station as needed to maintain speed, accuracy, and quality

Guest Service & Hospitality

• Deliver the first-class Eggman guest experience every shift — fast, friendly, and full of flavor
• Handle customer questions and concerns professionally and with good vibes
• Maintain a welcoming, clean, and organized restaurant environment throughout each shift

Food Safety & Standards

• Enforce food safety, sanitation, and hygiene protocols across all stations
• Ensure food quality, portion control, and presentation meet Eggman standards on every order
