The Technical Support Representative supports the global sales organization by providing technical assistance and ensuring customer satisfaction. The position requires self-motivation, sound technical judgment, and the ability to work independently. Performance is evaluated based on customer feedback and collaboration effectiveness with the sales force. - Requirements • Education: Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (Chemistry, Biology, or Engineering) from an accredited institution. • Experience: Minimum 1 years in the oil and gas industry preferred. • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Strong communication and analytical abilities required. • Travel: Up to 25% overnight travel (or higher if appropriate), including potential international assignments
